Can't give a one star because I did get good help from the actual representative.In the department. But went to another store earlier today, and another store earlier this week. No, issues followed exactly what they said. And now this store interprets their own rule differently So I wasted my time driving an hour to this store. I've been 24 stores, bought shoes at two of them.No, issues and then two other stores.They came up with different reasons.As to why they didn't want to honor the price match and they were completely different from the other store that didn't want to do it.It's just crazy how interpretation from store to store is completely.Weird one hand doesn't talk to the other being that the fact that they're a corporation and you go by exactly everything they say.And get two hundred percent different reasons. They seem to say, okay, but then, when they saw that, the price seemed low then it was an issue. I guess what? Frustrates me the most is. I was very calm when I talk to people. And then these representatives seem to just get a unbelievable attitude. And just go. Well, that's just how it is like being short with me. Like, i'm trying to understand very calmly, and

Colleen at Dick’s House of Sports is fantastic! She helped me find the perfect running/walking shoes with the right fit and was both knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. She even showed me an alternative lacing technique that works great for my narrow heel—such a helpful tip. This is the second time she’s assisted me, and she’s been excellent both times. Also, Dick’s has a huge, impressive selection of athletic shoes. Highly recommend asking for Colleen!

My wife, Lauren, and I were so impressed with the beautiful store and the amazing staff! We can here tonight to buy some Florida State Seminole gear since we're going to the game this weekend. We were instantly greeted/welcomed by a cute girl with a nose ring (didn't catch her name) and she asked how we were doing. And from there it seemed like half the people we saw had green Dick's sweatshirts and asked us how we were doing and if we needed help. The staff is so impressive! Them a nice young lady named Ashlyn asked us if she could help us find anything. We saw a cool rock climbing wall, and a girl named Grace told us all about the wall and aspects of the climbing and pricing for next time in case we wanted to bring our kids. Them a great young man named Kelsey helped us in the collegiate sports wear and they had a ton of great FSU stuff. Kelsey was a big help! Then Jadeh helped us at checkout and we talked about the upcoming game we're going to. She was so personable and friendly and sweet! Can't wait to come back and shop at Dick's and hit that rock climbing wall! Thanks so much to our Dick's Team! 💚

This is the biggest & nicest Dick’s i’ve been, it has a batting cage, a rock climbing wall and a field. Lots of stuffs you can’t see on any other Dick’s stores. Employees are attentive to customers.

Today, my daughter and I went shopping for a new bathing suit. I was not expecting to find it here, but was delighted that I did. She had just grown out of kids bathing suits and was going to need a woman’s size bathing suit. We did not want anything that was small or showed a lot of skin. Fortunately this location had a huge selection of one piece suits that were very modest. We were so thrilled to find something there so she will be able to have a new bathing suit to go swimming with. I was also looking at new tennis shoes and they had a beautiful selection of women’s Nike shoes.
